These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Luxline Exterior Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the customer”, “you”). By booking our services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, render cleaning, decking cleaning, caravan cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services.

All services are subject to availability and may be adjusted depending on weather, site conditions, access, and safety requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work changes or additional requirements are identified.

  • Unexpected site conditions

Any additional work or costs will be discussed with you before proceeding.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made by phone, email, or website enquiry
  • At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may incur a charge
  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during booking
  • Late payments may result in additional charges

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Ensuring water and electricity are available if required
  • Removing fragile or valuable items from the work area

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions including cracked paving, loose render, damaged surfaces, worn sealants, or structural defects.

6. Damage & Liability

We take reasonable care while carrying out our services.

We are not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing defects
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation of surfaces
  • Hidden structural issues

Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to achieve the best possible results, complete stain or organic growth removal cannot always be guaranteed.

Results may vary depending on surface age, condition, and material.

8. Health & Safety

  • We comply with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Children and pets must be kept away from work areas during service

9. Use of Photographs

We may take before-and-after photographs of completed work for marketing or portfolio purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

10. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
